How to drink
① Shake the bottle well.
② Suck up a half of the oil from the dropper.
③ Drop some oil on the back of your tongue.
④ Leave it as is for 30 seconds and absorb it through the mucous membrane.
Dosage & Administration
One drop (1/2-2/3 of a dropper) has a CBD content of 25mg-50mg. We recommend to take CBD once or twice a day before going to bed.
Attention
The efficacy of CBD varies from person to person, so please use it according to the dosage and usage instructions. Please refrain from taking it before driving as it may cause severe drowsiness. Q.When should I take CBD?
A. Since it is a food product, there is no specific time to take it. We recommend to take 100mg or less per day and adjust the amount accordingly.
Q.Are there any side effects?
A.CBD is considered safe with almost no side effects. Sometimes you may feel sleepy after taking it. However, although it is not limited to CBD, there are exceptions. In addition, CBD is more often commercialized in combination with other products. Therefore, sometimes the side effect of combined substances other than CBD may occur. As an example of CBD oil, the oil may cause diarrhea, however there is no quality defect in the product itself.
Q. Is it safe for elderly people to take it?
A.Although the amount needs to be adjusted, it can be taken by anyone of any age. We recommend starting with a small amount if you take it for the first time.
